With this information, we’ll create a comprehensive macro-cycle tailored to your needs. Strength Training Services

At 810 Fitness, our highest priority is tailoring your strength training sessions to meet your personal needs. During our goal-setting meeting, we'll determine the structure of your workouts by considering your nutritional, physical, and mental goals. We take pride in creating unique workouts that are fun, light-hearted, yet still challenging. Each sixty-minute session begins with a warm-up, followed by an intense but personalized strength training segment, and concludes with a calming stretching session. What sets 810 Fitness apart from a typical gym membership is the personal focus on your fitness goals, ensuring they remain front and center at all times.

One on One Yoga Sessions

Inspired by the yoga philosophy of Baron Baptiste, your personal yoga instructor will guide you through an empowering practice designed to strengthen your body, improve flexibility and balance, and open your mind to new possibilities. This practice is perfect for both beginners and seasoned yogis alike!

Run Coaching

Want to run a faster 5k, 10k, half, or full marathon? Have online training programs left you injured and tired? 810 Fitness has both local and virtual certified running coaches ready to help you stay healthy, motivated, and get faster! Our run coaching includes a monthly calendar that details how far and how fast to run each day, along with rest days, massage days, and even ice bath days—BRR! All levels of runners and walkers are welcome at 810 Fitness. We are here to help YOU!

Bestie Workouts

Fun fact about the 810 Fitness team: we work out together every Wednesday! For any group looking to build trust and accountability, these workouts or yoga sessions are perfect for you. We can accommodate office teams or groups of friends, with up to 10 people per session!
